GAMEPLAY GUIDE Players select an Aspiration Card as their goal for the game. Each player begins with the following resources: 5 Energy Tokens, 2 Money tokens and 5 Challenge Cards Game Setup: Begin each turn by rolling a dice. Roll a 5 or above to draw an Event card with unique events. Dice Roll for Events: Players need to meet their Aspiration Card’s criteria to score points. Once completed, choose a new Aspiration Card for further goals. Progress Through Aspirations: Players have 3 Action Slots per turn and can choose from the following actions: How to play: 1. Work: Cost: 1 Action Slot, 3 Energy tokens Reward: Earn 1 Money Token and 1 Career Point Cost: 1 Action Slot Reward: Earn 5 Energy Tokens 2. Rest: Cost and rewards vary - follow the card’s instructions to complete the challenges and claim rewards. Upon completion, draw a new Challenge Card to replace it. 3. Play a Challenge Card: After every turn, players must record and update their action tracker with the cost and reward based on their actions. Once every 4 rounds or when instructed by the facilitators, players must assess their life balance using their action tracker Below is the bonus scale of the Balance Meter: Balance Meter Check-In Perfect Balance: 0-2 points difference across all areas (earn 5 bonus points) Good Balance: 3-4 points difference across all areas (earn 3 bonus points) Imbalance: 5-6 points differences across all areas (earn 1 bonus point) Significant Imbalance: over 6 points difference across all areas. (deduct 2 points) The game ends after a set number of rounds. Calculate the scores from the Action Tracker. Highest score wins - master your life’s spectrum!
