To, The CEO Concerned Department Subject: Complaint Against Encroachment & Unauthorised Construction Dear Sir, I submit as under: 1. There is a land vide address E-192, Mangal Bazar, Dilshad Garden, Behind LIC colony, Near Bharat Mata Mandir, Delhi-95 , called as “Site” here in the complaint. 2. That sometime other address is also used to refer to the site which is E-188. I have attached the location map to find the correct site easily. 3. This site is adjacent to DDA plot vide number E-191(probably) , Dilshad Garden,Delhi-95. 4. That unauthorised construction is going on the site. First slab was constructed at midnight of 30-Aug-2022. I have attached proofs with timestamps to confirm the fact. 5. That construction is going on at the backside part of the site. From the front side no one can see construction going on. 6. That the site is built upon the land encroached from the adjacent DDA plot and the plot does not measure its complete area mentioned in records. 7. That this construction is going on at full pace with support of local administration. 8. That there is no approved site plan from concerned authorities. Permissions are also missing. 9. I have added all the proofs here in this document. 10. That I have enough proof(images and video recording of construction) to take this matter in front of Indian courts if the department does not take necessary action. Requesting the concerned department to demolish and seal the site immediately as per the laws.
