Acknowledgment of Services & Assumption of Risk By booking or receiving services from Car Wash Crew ("the Company"), the undersigned customer ("Customer") acknowledges and agrees: - That mobile detailing services involve the use of water, chemicals, and equipment which carry inherent risks, including potential damage to vehicle paint, trim, interior, electrical systems, and mechanical components. - That any pre-existing damage, wear, or deterioration (including but not limited to scratches, oxidation, rust, loose trim, or weak clear coat) may be aggravated or exposed during cleaning. - That aftermarket parts, wraps, emblems, or custom accessories may be more susceptible to damage and are serviced at the Customer's own risk. Customer knowingly and voluntarily assumes all such risks. 2. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Customer releases and forever discharges Car Wash Crew, its owner, employees, agents, contractors, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of: - Damage to the vehicle's exterior or interior (cosmetic or functional); - Damage to personal items left inside the vehicle; - Any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages; - Alleged negligence or performance of detailing services This release applies regardless of fault, including claims arising from the Company's own negligence (excluding willful misconduct). 3. Indemnification The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Car Wash Crew from any and all claims, suits, losses, liabilities, damages, or costs (including attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to: - The condition of the Customer's vehicle; - Services performed at the Customer's location; - Any injuries or property damage occurring while on the Customer's premises or involving third parties. 4. Customer Obligations Customer agrees to: - Remove all valuables and fragile items from the vehicle prior to service; - Notify the Company of any known issues or modifications; - Provide a safe, legal, and accessible workspace at the service location. 5. No Warranties The Company makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations, express or implied, regarding service results. The detailing is performed "as-is" based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of service. 6. Photo & Video Consent The Customer consents to the Company taking before-and-after photos of the vehicle for documentation and promotional purposes. Personal information (such as license plates) will be redacted upon public use. 7. Governing Law This waiver is governed by the laws of the state of Texas, and any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. 8. Acknowledgment and Agreement By signing below (physically or electronically), the Customer affirms that they: - Have read and understood this Waiver in full; - Agree to all terms voluntarily; - Acknowledge that this release is legally binding.
