CrossFit Wings will be running 2 programs during the month of July: 1. We will continue with the Equipment Rental Program 2. We will also be running private sessions at the box for small groups up to max 4 people 1. Equipment Rental Program: Please indicate whether you want to continue for another month and hold on to the equipment you have to train at home. Members who wish to bring back the equipment, and rather participate in the private training sessions at the box, can return equipment next week Wednesday, 1 July. Please contact Jan before Tuesday 30 June to arrange a time. If you don't arrange the return of equipment with Jan, we will assume that you'll continue with the rental for another month. The rental rates will stay the same as previous months (see attached). 2. Private Training Sessions: Will be limited to max 4 people per session. You can set up your own group of people you'll be comfortable training with. Options: 3 Sessions per Week : Cost R1200 per person for the month (12 sessions) 2 Sessions per Week : Cost R800 per person for the month (8 sessions) Family Package: 3/week: 2nd Family Member : R900; 3rd Family member : R600; 4th Family Member : FREE 2/week: 2nd Family Member : R600; 3rd Family member : R400; 4th Family Member : FREE Time Slots will be booked on a "First Come, first Serve" basis, from what is available. Contact Jan ASAP if you'd like to make use of these sessions, and indicate which days/times you'd like to train. Your time slots will stay the same from week to week if you want to keep your spot. Let Jan know at least 24 hours prior if you'd like to change to another slot where there is a spot available. If a time slot is booked up already (4 people), you'll have to choose another slot. The following strict measurements will apply to private sessions, in an effort to keep members safe: 1. Wait outside in your cars until JP/Jan indicates the facility is ready for the next session. 2. This will be on your specified class time, after the facility has been cleaned, and everyone from the previous session has left. Workouts will have strict time caps to ensure enough time for cleaning between sessions. 3. You'll be let in one by one. Make sure you are wearing a mask/visor. 4. Upon entry, your temperature will be taken, and hands sanitized. Everyone will have to sign a waiver for training at our facility. 5. Once you are inside, choose a "lane" within which you will be training. Make sure you don't put your towel/grips or any personal items outside your area. Do not use equipment from another lane. You are responsible for cleaning your lane (floor and equipment) after the session. 6. You will not be expected to train with a mask on, but maintain your distance from others. Respect their space! 7. Bring your own sweat towel (compulsory), tissues, chalk. If using chalk, you will have to clean all signs of chalk after! 8. No-one will be able to use the shower facilities during this time, as we have to clear everyone out before the next session. 9. Workouts will make use of equipment available at the box. Our weights (bars, plates, most DB's and KB's) are currently out with the equipment rental program.
