You may have irregular access to computers and the internet and may need assistance to navigate technology. You may struggle to afford devices and internet access, and may not have ready access to the assistive technologies you require. This could affect what Stanford refers to as one’s ability to “immerse oneself in the economic, political, and social aspects of not just America, but of the world” 0 - 39 points: You may be digitally under - privi leged. You may not have regular access to computers and the internet. Your skills might not have had the chance to develop due to the lack of the opportunity to practice and explore.
