INTE RVI EW : - Full Marks - 15 ; A limited n um ber of candidates will be called for I nterview in accordance with merit. In the Interview, the general awareness and suitability of the candidate for public servi ce will be tested. On the basis of the marks obtained in the Final Written Examination and th e Interview, a me rit list of the provisionally selected candidates will be prepared by the West Bengal Police Rec ruit ment Board. C andidates ’ ability to speak in B engali will also b e t ested Note: - If 02 (two) or more ca n didates secure the same total marks, their seniority in the final m erit / s election l ist will be decided by the marks obtained by the candidates in t he Fi nal Written Examination. The recruitment proce ss d one by the R ec r uitment Boar d is absolutely tr a nsparent. xiv) Assessment and evalua tion o f OMR sheet done by the B oard shall be final and shall not be open to scrutiny by any external authority. xv) A candidate who discloses his/her identity by writing his/her name, roll no. et c or putting any identifying m a rks inside the O MR Answer S heet wi ll b e disqualified and his/h e r candidature will summ a ri ly be r ejected xvi) The decision of the Selection Board on all matters relating to eligibility, pla ce, date, mode of selection, acceptance or rejection of candidature wil l be final and binding on the can didat es xvii) C and idates dissa ti s fied with his /her Physical Measur ement Test (PMT) during field te st may appeal in writing before the Chairperson, of the Selection Board/Committee on the same d a y of his /her tests. No appeal i n this regard will be entertained in f ut ure. xviii) The height of a c andidate may be re - measured at an y stage including the Interview at t he discretion of the Board and the decision of the B oard shall be final and binding on the c andidates.
