EXHIBIT A Rules While Renting Our Pontoon Boats ● Driver must sign Rental Agreements. ● All attendees must sign waivers, even those picked up elsewhere. ● Boat driver is responsible for any damage or loss of safety equipment. We will use the credit card information provided on the authorization form to cover any such fees. ● DON’T SPEED – ONLY GO 1,500 RPMs ON RIVER – NO WAKE. Driver is responsible for any issued tickets! ● NO WAKE through McKinley Marina. ● Only go under main Arched Bridges, NOT small side bridges! Don’t go under the railroad bridge to the Menomonee River with the top up! VERY DANGEROUS ! Please watch height! Keep top down until past all bridges! ● Be aware that water levels can rise and fall dramatically in short periods of time. Clearing a bridge on direction does not guarantee you will clear it on your return. Please approach all bridges with caution to ensure the Bimini top does not hit. You are responsible for any boat damage! ● Watch out for debris in the river and do not run over. ● Don’t go beyond the Break Wall in Lake Michigan Harbor. You will be ticketed and lose your deposit! ● Don’t go past Lakefront Brewery to the North. ● Don’t throw anything into the River, including yourselves. Swimming off our boats is absolutely prohibited. Do NOT dispose of bottles and cans on the bridges. ● Make sure all 4 dock lines are secure inside the boat and not dragging in the water. ● Drive on the right side off the river, upstream and downstream. Yield to bigger boats & non-powered boats. ● No more than the maximum number of 10 (ten) passengers allowed on pontoon boats.
