Re: AngelGuard.org The Company, AngelGuard.org continues working to deliver effective low cost Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) treatments to U.S. Military Veterans and Civilians. The most frequent form of PTSD results from combat, which includes a physical assault on the sensory, visual, and auditory senses. PTSD is typically caused by an increase in arousal of the bottom-right region of the amygdala, which transmits a signal to the body, commanding epinephrine and nor-epinephrine in to the blood stream. This causes a feedback error between the adrenal glands, bloodstream, and brain systems, wherein the brain systems (such as the amygdala) are re-triggered by these compounds. Therefore, the amydala, in turn, appears to re-send the signal to the adrenal glands. There appears to be a nerve, which is referred to as the Stellate Ganglion, which is involved in transmitting the amygdala's signals throughout the body. Therefore, some have suggested that including a local anesthetic may be effective at reducing this physiological feedback error. There are many reasons that PTSD may afflict a person, which includes traumatizing childhood events, military combat, and traumatizing adult experiences during civilian life. Therefore, PTSD may result from many forms of military combat, but it is prevalent in individuals who have survived domestic violence, assault, and victims of other crimes.
