Currently, Donna leads the development, delivery and coordination of the RAV training program and its Registered Training Organisation (No.21977). Donna has extensive experience in facilitation, strategy design, governance and risk frameworks and fostering relationships with key partners, stakeholders and government agencies. Donna has a wealth of experience in understanding and growing emotional intelligence and leadership capability, and has worked in the grief and bereavement sector. Donna is also a qualified leadership and wellbeing coach and registered NLP practitioner who works with and engages individuals at all levels. Lucille holds qualifications in psychology, the social sciences and meditation and is experienced in the provision of mental health, healthy relationship, family support, rehabilitation, family violence and psychoeducational services. Lucille regularly facilitates training and professional development for government and non-profit organisations where staff are exposed to vicarious trauma through working with clients. Lucille has substantial experience working in community organisations as a coordinator, trainer and facilitator and regularly provides training in areas including healthy relationships, wellbeing, vicarious trauma, maintaining professional boundaries and managing difficult conversations. Lucille Hart, Facilitator, Relationships Australia Victoria Sach Killam has extensive industry experience as a cemetery worker in Canada (Woodlawn 1986-2010) and Australia (Rookwood 2008- present), specialising in heritage stonemasonry, cemetery conservation, mapping, lime-based mortars, lead lettering, and monument safety. A member of the Standards Australia Committee responsible for the 2019 & 2020 revisions to AS4204 and AS4225, representing the Cemetery and Crematoria Association of NSW (CCA-NSW), Sach will be presenting on the monument and above-ground burial structure Standards, their context, and future challenges. Sach was trained by Conservation Master Stonemason Per Neumeyer and mentored by Tamara Anson-Cartwright of the Ontario Ministry of Culture in Canada and the ICOMOS International Stone Committee. He has worked on gravestones since 1993, progressing to complex marble repairs and cemetery conservation after 1999. An active member of the National Trust (NSW) Cemeteries Committee since 2006, he helped with the revision of The Guidelines of Cemetery Conservation and was mentored by legendary Rookwood letter-cutter Gordon Brown. Sach has continuing experience with Monument Safety & Conservation Programmes since 1998, including monument safety surveys completed in 5-year rotas along with associated prioritised emergency and on- going repair works.
